Methodology
Every number links to a source. Official records beat press releases, and press beats campaign research. If we can't back a figure, we label it as reported by the campaign that found it.
No data doesn't mean no bonds. We mark an entity we haven't checked as Unconfirmed, never as clear. You'll find the contact details and a records request script on its page.
We add up holdings from purchase records where we have them. A bond leaves the "held now" figure the day it matures.
Four statuses. A person sets each one after reading a document. We don't infer them.
Holds Israel Bonds now, or there's credible evidence it does. The darker the red, the more money.
Bought Israel Bonds before and made no binding commitment to stop. No current evidence of holdings.
A law or binding measure bans future purchases. A state ban covers its counties too.
We haven't found records showing holdings or a ban yet. That doesn't mean there are none.
